A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
During Orientation, Sustainability is included by having a slide in the onboarding slide deck that is shown to all incoming staff and faculty. On that slide, new employees are introduced to the 3 E's: Energy Conservation, Environmental Stewardship, and Social Engagement. The sustainability program's purpose is also shared with the new employees as is the office's contact information.
