Descriptions of the research interests of UAH faculty were taken from the UAH website. In some cases, the researchers had their personal websites. The descriptions were pasted on an excel sheet along with their names and affiliations. Each description was carefully read to check whether the topics are related to sustainability research. The 33 employees listed in the inventory only include the staff that are in charge and are advisors of the research. The 280 employees reported included both faculty and staff.
