Sodexo, UAH's dining service provider, has identified 8 commitments for protecting the environment: supplier code of conduct; local, seasonal, or sustainable products; sustainable fish and seafood; sustainable equipment and supplies; energy and emmissions; water and effluents; organic wastes; non-organic waste. At the local, campus level, we do not have a sustainable dining policy.
