Student led Plant and Honey Sale

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:

In the Spring of 2018, students from the Campus Community Garden and the Bee Club came together to host a plant sale and honey/candle sale from the campus bees. The students propagated and grew the plants for sale, raised and collected the honey and wax for sale, and used the funds to support their clubs. The event was a success and will occur again this April with the hopes of growing it to include a local farmer selling fruit for students, faculty, and staff to purchase as well as the honey and plants.
