Fertiliser is only used in the Quad and President's garden.
No pesticides or fungicides are used on campus landscapes, except where invasive species need to be controlled or eliminated.

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
Air quality was monitored by UCC Chemistry department in the area adjacent to the university's CHP and boiler (March 2016). 68% of stationary emissions come from the CHP and Boiler.
