Classroom museum project
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
UCC Green Campus and the Glucksman Gallery have joined forces to develop a "Classroom Museum", whereby artworks from the university's collection have been brought to rural schools around Cork. The artworks are related to themes of environmental degradation and urban encroachment and the artist and Glucksman curator of education work through the pieces with students, exploring the current local and global environmental crises through art. The final output of the project will be a toolkit for schools nationally and globally.
