The UB Sustainability Now newsletter is geared towards key stakeholders across campus and in the broader community. Sustainability Now is sent twice a month.

Yes, this occurs throughout the campus in numerous places which can be largely located by viewing this map: https://www.buffalo.edu/sustainability/about-us/OurCampus.html. In addition, here are a few key examples:

Greiner Hall, the SUNY systems first LEED Gold designed residence hall has signage throughout the building explaining the green features of the space.

In our Jacobs School of Medicine and Biological Sciences, digital signs display scrolling fact sheets on its LEED certification.

UB Sustainability created bike routes that feature all of our sustainability spots on campus. https://www.buffalo.edu/sustainability/about-us/OurCampus.html

The Wellness and Work Life Balance department also provides a sustainability tour as an opportunity for professional staff and faculty to visit the Solar Strand and other on campus sustainability spots.


Lastly, professor Sandy Geffner provides a nature walk through UB's Letchworth Woods annually.

Each year UB Campus Living develops a guide for students living on campus. This comprehensive document includes information on recycling and energy conservation.
