The Center for Undergraduate Research and Creative Engagement (CURCE)assists our professors in recruiting for research projects at this website: https://www.albany.edu/undergrad-research/opportunities-by-topic.php
Some of the recent recruitment related to sustainability are: Dr. Bari, from Environmental and Sustainability Engineering (ESE), for a summer research project on air quality (https://www.albany.edu/ceas/nsf-ires) and assisting Dr. Liu, also from ESE, for securing 2 research assistants in their climate change project.

There are numerous databases that cover topics related to sustainability. A few of the most important databases related to sustainability include:
Environment Complete, EBSCO Academic Complete, Sociological Abstracts, ScienceDirect, Social Sciences Full Text, Energy and Power Source and the Energy Citations Database.GreenFILE is a bibliographic database containing nearly 300,000 records covering information about environmental concerns.
