The regular and temporary support staffs receive $19.35 per hour plus benefits, which is around $25.00 per hour in total. Benefits include group insurance (comprehensive health insurance, salary insurance, life insurance), a pension plan, vacation (23 days per year minimum), various holidays and special leave, work schedules tailored to the employee, and a waiver of a portion of the tuition fees for their children (up to 16% for a full-time undergraduate session).
