The difference between the student population in this criterion and in PRE-5 is because the data are not for the same time period. The PRE-5 data is accounting for the entire 2021-2022 year (May 2021 to May 2022). Considering that our estimate data is from a survey conducted in March 2021, we use the student headcount data from March 2021. The difference, nearly 10,000, is due to some students only coming during the summer, others graduating in December, and fewer enrolling in the University in the winter.
