The University has a Staff Assistance Program for employees who need help dealing with personal or work-related problems. This professional, confidential service is available to individuals with issues that are affecting or could potentially affect their health, personal life, or work performance.
Université Laval also has a Global Health Policy (Politique sur la santé globale en milieu de travail) in the workplace that demonstrates its commitment to fostering a healthy work environment and promoting organizational practices that promote people's physical, psychological and social health.
