The CADEUL is the student association representing all undergraduate students. The AELIES is the student association representing all graduate students.

The Universite's Board, the highest governing body and the Universite'Council, the highest academic governing body have reserved seats for students représentatives, which are elected by a electoral college managed by the CADEUL and AELIES.

Le Comité d'aménagement et de mise en oeuvre (CAMEO) (in English: The Planning and Implementation Committee) is an advisory committee of the University. Its mandate, approved by the University's Board, is to ensure the implementation of the master plan for the development of the campus, where, within the various development projects entrusted to it, the CAMEO is consulting the surrounding community of the University. To this end, the CAMEO includes three members of the City of Québec and one representative of the Commission de la capital-nationale du Québec. The information about the CAMEO, including the procédures and it's projects can be find at:
