Faculties and vice-rectorates (VRADHO et VRRCD) are collaborating to offer workshops to non-academic staff on equity, diversity and inclusion. Examples of learning objectives include:

UQAM, in general, encourages professional development opportunies for all of its staff, including Sustainability and EDI training. For example, non-academic staff participate to symposiums and communities of practice related to sustainability (3 persons), EDI (2 persons), cutural safety for Indigenous students (1 person), Risk mitigation related to sexual violence (1 person), etc..
