A brief description of the program, including examples of peer-to-peer outreach activities:
The Patron is a figure created to support and give non-academic support to undergraduate students at the University. Its functions and responsibilities assume the character of mediation between the student and the university. On the one hand, the Patron (a former student) contributes to the establishment of a student liaison to the institution, advising the student about its operation, rules and regulations, explaining expectations and providing contact channels. On the other hand, it collaborates in the identification of difficulties that the student faces and in the search for solutions on the part of the University.
Organized the network of patrons, each of them will be connected to a virtual class, following the course of these students throughout the academic year or, if possible, the entire academic course.

The Patron is an former student that is choosen by the course coordenation team, selected by his performance, regarding the level and the commitement of his participation and his grades.

There is no formal training.
A brief description of the financial and/or administrative support the institution provides to the program (e.g. annual budget and/or faculty/staff coordination):
The admnistrative support of the institution is given through the permission of integrating a high level of comunication in network of the institution.
