A brief description of the institution’s professional development opportunities on sustainability in the curriculum:

UTEC, in collaboration with UNESCO IESALC, offered a professional development program focused on sustainability in the curriculum. The initiative trained 40 educators, including career coordinators and key professors, on how to integrate sustainability competencies transversally into their curricula. This training aligned UTEC's educational strategy with the 2030 Agenda and supported the institution's commitment to fostering sustainable education. The course emphasized practical approaches to help educators incorporate sustainable values into their teaching, contributing to a broader culture of sustainability in higher education.
