In the framework of the General Commission on Diversities, workshops and training sessions were conducted for all employees.

In the career plan, the direct supervisors of the staff identify opportunities for professional development and training together with the individual. In some cases, training related to sustainability has been identified, such as individuals trained in:
- Sustainability reporting
- Circular economy
- Sustainable Development
- Evaluation and sustainability
In addition, the participation of non-academic staff in workshops and events on the topic has been promoted, such as socially responsible investment, sustainable finance, and sustainable business management.
