The Technological University of Uruguay (UTEC) offers, in collaboration with the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education (a world-class institution operating under the auspices of UNESCO), a Postgraduate Program in Water and Sustainable Development, consisting of courses and three postgraduate degrees:
Short individual courses (4-5 weeks)
Specialization in Sanitary Engineering and Sanitation (10 courses)
Academic Master's Degree in Water and Sustainable Development - Sanitary Engineering Profile: 10 courses + thesis (the research thesis begins in March 2025 and ends in June 2026)
Professional Master's Degree in Water and Sustainable Development - Sanitary Engineering Profile: 10 courses + professional thesis (the research thesis begins in March 2025 and ends in June 2026)
The Postgraduate Program is part of the Global Sanitation Graduate School (GSGS), a platform developed by IHE Delft to facilitate the development and enhance the dissemination of knowledge in sanitation and sanitary engineering through training and capacity building programs.

The Universidad Tecnológica de Uruguay offers, in collaboration with the Tecnológico de Monterrey, the Postgraduate Program in Biosciences and Food Sustainability, which is made up of four postgraduate courses:

The Postgraduate Program in Biosciences and Food Sustainability was created with a current, dynamic and modern approach associated with the food, industrial and environmental areas. It was created to provide greater opportunities for postgraduate training in the areas of Chemical Sciences, Biology, Nutrition and Biotechnology related to food. In addition, it combines the analysis and quality control of food with its biochemical structure and functionality, covering plant, animal, industrial, environmental and human health biotechnology. This program is offered through strategic alliances between UTEC and other leading universities, including the Tecnológico de Monterrey (TEC), the Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri (UFVJM) and the University of the Republic (Udelar).

The objective of the professional master's degree is to deepen the understanding of evaluation as a tool for the transition towards sustainability within the framework of a growing demand for approaches that drive organizations to be more sustainable in social, environmental and governance terms.
Professionals who graduate from this degree will be able to design and implement evaluations by integrating knowledge of the set of norms, standards and tools for impact management in organizations. They will have the skills to formulate recommendations by expanding conceptual use and deepening their knowledge of systemic approaches such as new economies, integrating the social and environmental. They will be highly qualified professionals to add value to the institutions and organizations with which they decide to collaborate.
The Transformative Evaluation for Sustainability Program offers two degrees:
Diploma in Evaluation for Change (duration: 1 year)
Professional Master's Degree in Transformative Evaluation for Sustainability (duration: 2 years)
