A brief description of the methodology used to complete the course inventory :
How were courses with multiple offerings or sections counted for the figures reported above?:
A brief description of how courses with multiple offerings or sections were counted:
To determine whether a course is focused on or integrates sustainability, the following criteria have been considered. Firstly, a course is considered focused on sustainability if its title (or that of the academic program/degree) specifically includes terms that refer to this concept. Secondly, reinforcing the previous parameter, the name of the academic department to which the degree is assigned has been evaluated to determine its focus or integration, provided that its description mentions sustainability. According to this methodology, a course is considered focused on sustainability if it meets either one or both of these conditions. On the other hand, a course is considered to integrate sustainability if its description and/or content includes concepts or ideas (such as economy, trade, innovation, capacity building, infrastructure, organizational change, renewable energy, health, technology, IT, telecommunications, food, entrepreneurship, employability, education, environment, digital governance, citizenship, productive development, equity, gender, culture, society, politics, law, etc.) that allude to sustainability.
