USFQ has a whole department of Ethnic Diversity in charge of recruiting and supporting students from diverse backgrounds and has defined diversity and affirmative action objectives in its Institutional Strategic Development Plan.

There are two sources for this information. We have a structured survey done through the dean of students for accreditation. We also have the Ethnic Diversity program that has the data of underrepresented groups online.
The information presented here is self-reported.
