USFQ has a Guideline for Research Publication Funds where funds are available for researchers to publish their works under specific criteria. One of the criteria for eligibility is that the funds must ensure the main benefit of guaranteeing free distribution and access to the publication preferably under creative commons licenses or an equivalent. The funds can also be used to publish in free access publications.
