The health and safety management system is conformed by a Coordinator, a Secretary, a Representative of the Employer, a Representative of the workers and 4 Members. The process the Safety and Hygiene Commission follows is Risk Analysis based on a face-to-face tour of the areas to detect unsafe conditions. With this evaluation then they make recommendations and follow ups to mitigate risks.

A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
Workers from third parties working at the institution must report daily to the Health Center to get access to the institution. Once workers enter the institution is any situation may rise they have to report it to the Health Center. The Health Center must report any incidents to the National Health System.
