A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
During the training of new employees at the University of Monterrey, mention is made of the Vision 2020, which includes the search for a "sustainable educational institution".
In the weekly conferences given by Human Resources, new employees are invited to participate in diferrent program the Sustainability Center has to offer, such as "DameRide" "Troyanos en bici" "Huerto", etc.
