A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
UDEM participates annually in the Great Place to Work Ranking (Mexico), which assesses the perception of organizational culture among all employees of the participating organizations. In 2012, the University of Monterrey was ranked number 60 in the category of companies with over 500 employees. In autumn 2014 UDEM participated again in Great Place to Work, all employees received an email with the assessment.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
Anonymously surveys are filled by mostly all employees. Data is summarized and reviewed by GPTW and shared with UDEM`s Human Resources, President’s office and other key administrators. Human Resources department utilizes the data from these surveys in their planning efforts and posted online (http://www.udem.edu.mx/Esp/ExaUDEM/Documents/Verbum_74.pdf). The survey was last conducted in 2014
