A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
In order to quantify the direct and indirect emissions from the University of Monterrey made the estimations of greenhouse gases on the following methodologies: • Greenhouse Gases Program in Mexico, GHG. (http://www.geimexico.org/factor.html) • ISO 14064-1 To calculate GHG emissions from electricity consumption methodology GEI Mexico program is used and an emission factor of 0.4929 average tCO2eq / MWh electricity is taken.

None
Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
Yes

None
A brief description of the internal and/or external verification process:
All calculations and strategies are send to the "Secretaría de Desarrollo Sustentable"and evaluated.
