During the training of new employees at the University of Monterrey, mention is made of the Vision 2020, which includes the search for a "sustainable educational institution". In the weekly conferences given by Human Resources, new employees are invited to participate in diferrent program the sustainability center has, such as "DameRide" "Troyanos en bici" "Huerto", etc.
