A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:

During the training of new employees at the University of Monterrey, mention is made of the Vision 2020, which includes the search for a "sustainable educational institution". In the weekly conferences given by Human Resources, there are discussed only some sustainable programs of the institution. However no specific time is dedicated to address these issues in detail. Also in the Code of Ethics available at Human Resources webpage, in section 7.10 Ecology and sustainable society, addresses some points related to the care of resources.
