campus developments, in tune with the institution’s
vision and with a mission towards a sustainable future,
while considering the flexibility to allow for uncertainties
of future campus needs and opportunities.

Maximize opportunities for growth and development at
the University, while leveraging investment strategies.
• Identify constraints, obstacles and opportunities for
future campus developments.
• Create a functional and spatial cohesive campus
integrating pedestrian corridors, buildings and open
space.
• Create a campus that has vitality and an inspiring
