A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

Since mid-2022, satisfaction with camaraderie events has been measuring, achieving 92%, through surveys on a Likert scale.
Starting in 2023, the measurement of the work environment is also carried out, reaching 82%, and satisfaction with camaraderie events is being measured.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

2020: During the pandemic it was limited to attending to medical cases.
2021: Satisfaction focus group.
2022: Event satisfaction surveys.
2023: Work environment survey, event satisfaction surveys and focus group
