A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

An anonymous online survey is carried out to find out the satisfaction of the employees, the voice of the employee and also to identify the use of conciliation measures (benefits) and their satisfaction with them to balance personal and family life. A survey is carried out that also allows knowing the work environment


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

The issues derived from the satisfaction survey are taken to the EFR committee whose objective is to support the proper functioning of the management model based on the well-being of people and the EFR model (for which the university is certified at an international level of excellence. Second university in the world). The committee is responsible for the following activities:

• Make the design, update and monitoring of the implementation of the policies and measures of fr.
• Review and approval of the communication plan efr.
• Promote projects for the transmission of values.
• Perform analysis, control and monitoring of implementation of the efr model, objectives, indicators; as well as the knowledge, use and satisfaction with the efr measures.
• Receive and respond to communications, complaints, observations and comments from the university community regarding EFR.
• Ensure financing of the efr model and monitor compliance.
• Ensure that the efr model is integrated throughout the university community.
• Facilitate spaces for training and exchange of experiences between EFR companies that allow improving the model in companies.
