A brief description of the institution’s formal participatory or shared governance bodies:
The governance structure of the university is made up of:

1. The Founders' Chamber: it is the highest regulatory body of the CES University and is made up of the founders and by those who, according to the statutory regulations, replace the members of the Chamber who have ceased to belong to it for the stipulated reasons. in the statutes.
2. The Superior Council: it is the highest management body of the CES University. Each year the student representative is elected and, every two years, the representatives of graduates and teachers are elected.
3. Rector: is the academic and administrative authority in charge of directing the institution in accordance with the policies outlined by the Superior Council. He is appointed by the Superior Council for periods of three years and can be re-elected. He is also the legal representative of the CES University.
4. The Academic Council: is the collegiate body in charge of the proper functioning of the university in its academic aspects. It is made up of the rector, the general secretary, the directors, deans and heads of programs, as well as representatives of teachers and students.
5. The Administrative Committee: it is the collegiate body in charge of the proper functioning of the university in its administrative aspects. Its members are the rector, the general secretary, the directors and a representative of the deans.
