Development is strengthened and is evidenced by the 43% increase in investment in training in soft, technical and professional skills for employee talent; also growing 3% in the number of trained employees, which has allowed us to reach 659 in total.
The university supports training and professional development in strategic issues such as sustainability with financial support, in time and remuneration for postgraduate training, continuing education and attendance at events on sustainability issues.
Within the internal training and qualification program, environmental and social topics such as diversity, inclusion, human rights, well-being, anti-corruption, risksas well as leadership among others.
In addition to the support, there are discounts for employees for training at all levels of undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing education
