During the induction, the sustainability issues developed by the university are reported in a general way.

Sustainability is a transversal and fundamental part of our Strategic Development Plan 2020-2025, focused on three development axes: commitment to people, commitment to the planet and commitment to prosperity. Within these axes material issues are displayed whose management will allow us to achieve excellence.

Our purpose is to move towards excellence creating value for the construction of a sustainable society through:
• The promotion of education based on competencies that provide the knowledge, values ​​and behaviors necessary for the construction of a sustainable society.
• The contribution to the advancement and development of society through training and generation of knowledge, accompanying human beings in the development of a life project that strengthens their being, their families, humanity and the earth.
• The promotion of skills and competencies of knowing, doing and being, to understand the environment as a system that allows building a future based on knowledge and thus contribute to the solution of needs in the social, environmental and economic.
• The creation of knowledge transfer spaces that generate changes in mentality and behavior to move towards regeneration in a sustainable society.
