We educate professionals, oriented towards research and practical theoretical deepening for the generation of new knowledge and its application in the resolution of scientific and/or technological problems, education, adoption and management of quality systems and the provision of specialized services in the field of Biological Sciences.

We contribute to the country in the challenge of knowing, conserving and taking advantage of the biodiversity of its flora and fauna, in addition, developing capacities in biotechnology, and generating knowledge in genetics, cellular and molecular biology, with application to human and animal health, to the sciences forensics and the development of goods and services as a strategy to improve the quality of life of citizens and promote economic and social development.

A brief description of the graduate degree program (2nd program):

Training of professionals with skills to promote the skills of people with disabilities, their families and caregivers, enable and equalize their access to opportunities in education, health, empowerment and rehabilitation.

This master's degree will contribute to the multidisciplinary and interprofessional approach to disability and its focus on human development will favor the elimination of barriers that have historically been present; by promoting that people with disabilities are active agents in their own lives and actively contribute to changing the situation of vulnerability that they, their families and caregivers have faced in society.

The strategic leader has the skills to think critically, self-manage their own emotions and those of the environment, understand body language, self-learn and act proactively, through actions framed in unconditional responsibility, integrity and coherence.
This lecture arises from the commitment to promote the 10 principles of the global compact, as well as to raise awareness of the importance of always thinking about the triple impact, in favor of sustainable development and the training of socially responsible professionals, committed to the planet, people, prosperity and the peace.
