A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting, including the timeframe for when the analysis was conducted and how a representative sample was reached, if applicable:
500 out of 705 students live on campus. The data comes from a survey of all students contudted in Fall 20178 - even t hough this is after the performance year, it is more recent than the last commuter modal survey which was in 2011, so we feel it more accurately represents the current commuter modal split. Students who live on campus are be included in the calculation based on how they get to and from their
classes.
