The SuLiTest is managed by an independent NGO governance structure in France in alignment with the UN Higher Education Sustainability Initiative. Unity College began administering it in 2016-2017 to undergraduate students.

A brief description of how a representative sample was reached (if applicable) and how the assessment(s) were administered :
The Sulitest is administered to all students in each of two required core classes. First, the cohort takes the Sulitest in their introductory core class (Unity Experience). Later, the same students take the Sulitest in their third and final core class (Environmental Scenarios & Solutions).

A brief summary of results from the literacy assessment(s), including a description of any measurable changes over time:
The test is offered to all incoming students, and 81% of them took the test. Incoming students scored 39% overall on the Core International and 56% on the USA module. The test is offered to all students enrolled in the third and final core curriculum course, and 46% of them took the test. These students scored 45% on the international and 66% on the USA modules.
