The green office program is introduced to all employees at the all staff meeting before the school year starts. Participation, not performance, is required of all staff on campus and this overview gives staff insights into the program and its purpose.

The college supports financially those who wish to attend sustainability conferences such as AASHE and Smart & Sustainable Campuses. Memberships in sustainability organizations are also paid for by the institution.
