The Faculty Planning Committee and earlier versions of the same group have incorporated sustainability concepts into the interdisciplinary core curriculum establishing sustainability-focused classes such as "The Environmental Citizen" and "Environmental Sustainability" that are required of every Unity College student.
Other program-specific sustainability-focused and sustainability-related courses identified in the catalog by course title and/or appropriate course description include "Economics of Resource Conservation and Sustainability," "Sustainable Enterprise," and "Sustainable Societies." Sustainability-focused and sustainability-related courses are not identified by other special characters or a stand-alone listing.
