An anonymous online survey was distributed to all faculty and staff through email in October 2017. The survey evaluated overall employee satisfaction, satisfaction with current College leadership, salary and benefits, housing arrangements, workload, work alignment with the UWC mission, professional development, effectiveness of communications, etc.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The results were made public during an employees meeting and steps were taken by the College leadership to implement recommendations that arose from the survey.
