UWC-USA is currently in the process of formulating the implementation strategy for its Strategic Plan. Cross-Functional Teams (XFTs), comprised of staff, faculty, and administration, have been established to formulate a set of coherent actions in the 20 areas identified by a Strategic Planning Committee (SPC). One XFT has been given the objective of "Prioritize sustainability and resilience in all key decisions made by the school (e.g. purchasing policy, programming, etc.). The goal of the committee is to make recommendations for Coherent Actions to be implemented by August 2022. Following this process, the Strategic Leadership Team will assign implementation of the Coherent Actions to the appropriate departments and personnel, welcoming input from the SPC and XFT as part of this process.
