A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
UMass Chan hired GreenerU to do an external audit on their 2023 STARS report. GreenerU reviewed each credit of the STARS report, following the template created by AASHE. The review was conducted to find inconsistencies and errors, which were remedied through data confirmation and additional details.
