The Global Health Immersion Experience is an intensive six to eight week opportunity in the summer between 1st and 2nd year of medical school training for GHP students to have an in-depth experience in learning and applying the principals of global health. The Global Health Immersion Experience can occur at a site either inside or outside of the U.S.
Many of the immersion experiences work to address the sustainable development goals including Goal 3. to ensure healthy lives and well being for all.

Utilizing Solar Power Improves Life and Health Outcomes in Bessassi, Benin, West Africa
Observations and Surveys of Severe Anemia Malaria
Establishing an HIV-AIDS Mortality Study in Cochabamba, Bolivia
Studying Tropical Diseases in Manaus, Brazil
HIV/AIDS Care in the Dominican Republic
