A brief description of the guidelines for franchisees:
Guidelines are built into the verbiage of the contract between the University/Hospital and the dining service company whom wins the bid for the account. The guidelines entail using plastic-ware and napkins made from recylable materials. Also waste reduction practices in the kitchen and dining halls such as composting and recycling.
