A brief description of the institution's indoor air quality plan, policy, and/or practices:
The Indoor Air Quality Policy applies to all UMMS buildings and outlines the proceedures for occupants to report indoor air quality (IAQ) concerns so the the proper IAQ mornitoring can take place and the issues can be identified and adressed.
Additionally the new Sherman Center opening 12/12/2012 will be equipt with an IAQ monitoring sytems, Aircuity, which collects air samples and adjusts the air changes to enure that addequite IAQ is maintained. Aircuity will also soon be installed in the Lazare Research Building.
