Criteria
Institution has a formal plan to mitigate its greenhouse gas emissions. The plan includes a measurable, numerical goal or goals and a corresponding date or dates by which the institution aims to achieve its goal(s). The plan has been adopted by the institution’s administration.
A formal sustainability plan (i.e. a plan that has been adopted by the administration) counts for this credit if it includes climate change goals, strategies, and corresponding timeframes. Such a plan may also count toward PAE Credit 4: Sustainability Plan.

This credit applies to all institutions.
Scoring
Institutions earn 2 points for this credit by having a plan that meets the criteria outlined above. Partial points are not available for this credit.
