Bi-annual student affairs retreats cover cultural competence topics. All incoming students complete a required online training focusing on skills for engaging on a diverse campus. Student organizations host discussions, films, and programs on cultural competence topics. Faculty have discussions and bring in speakers who address cultural competence topics.
