A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
We spoke about the internal review at our Sustainability Committee meetings and decided to split the job amongst everyone on the committee. Those that helped with data collection or reporting for each section were barred from reviewing that section. We created a spreadsheet where people could sign up to review each individual credit, and used a shared spreadsheet to fill out the STARS review template.
Hayley, our STARS liaison, then went through the whole template and made necessary changes. Megan then went through and reviewed the whole thing as our second reviewer.
