The Southside Institutions Neighborhood Alliance (SINA) links Trinity College, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, and Hartford Hospital with each other and their neighbors. SINA’s mission is to “work cooperatively with community stakeholders to restore economic vitality and improve the quality of life for the benefit of the people who live, work, visit, study, and play in the neighborhoods of South Central Hartford.
