We don't have a formal program to increase the diversity of higher education. We have been posting open positions with candidate pools that promote diversity and have a committee that is addressing diversity and will have a a program to increase our faculty and staff diversity.

A new diversity initiative was launched in 2015, Project One. There are sub-committees tasked with addressing faculty diversity and hiring processes. As of this survey, I do not have details of their plan.
