The Campus Community Partnerships in Sustainability conference is held every year or two. Transylvania always participates, often presenting.
Transylvania had a poster session and a presentation at the 2014 AASHE conference.
Transylvania participates in the annual Kentucky Association for Environmental Education Conference, usually presenting at least one session. In 2013, the sustainability director was co-chair of this conference.
The Sustainability Director led a multi-day workshop at Centre College on sustainability.

Student groups from across the state and country are involved in "I Love Mountains Day," and "Appalachia Rising," events that bring awareness to legislators of the social, economic, and environmental detriments that mountain top removal mining forces on our area.
Sustainability coordinators from KY get together informally to share ideas.
