A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:
The Diversity and Inclusion Office organizes cultural events in partnership with the local community and other offices on campus. These activities are open to all students, as well as faculty and staff. Several of our speaker series incorporate experts on diversity-related issues.
Ex.
A flamenco dancing performance with three faculty from different religious backgrounds who discussed the history of flamenco in relation to their faith.
